Step 1
In order to To log into the New Mexico Healthy Families Portal, you will need an invite from a healthcare provider or hospital admin who is already in the system, or from BHDSTAR Support. will need to invite you.
Step 2
Check your inbox for an invitation email titled “Welcome to NM Healthy Families” and open the email.
Step 2
Click the button in the email click the button that reads “Please click here to create an account.”
If you have not received an invite email, please ask your admin to grant you access to the system.
Step 3
You will be taken to an account creation page. Enter your first and last names, then create a password.
All passwords must:
be 8 characters or longer
contain a capital letter
contain a number
contain a symbol
Click “Submit” when you’re finished.
Step 4
You will be directed to the NM Healthy Families home page, as depicted
below, and you will receive an email titled “Confirm your email.”
Open
the message and click the button to confirm
your identity, then your account will be ready to use.
