  1.  Click View underneath the Corrections Required icon. Any Invoices that have been flagged as Corrections Required by the Lead Agency or Payor are displayed.

Unassigned Clients Active in Projects

  1. Click View under Unassigned Clients Active in Projects. A list of Clients that have been activated in the project, but are not yet assigned to a PS or CBHC staff member is displayed.

  2. Click a Client ID to access the Client's Dashboard.

  1. Click View under Clients Pending Assessment. A list of Clients that have been enrolled in the project and do not yet have a completed required assessment/survey is displayed.

  2. Click a Client ID to access the Client’s Dashboard.

  1. Click View under Clients Active in Projects. A list of Clients that have been activated in the project is displayed.

  2. Click a Participant Client ID to access the Participant’s Client's Dashboard.

  1. Click View under Active Clients. A list of Clients that have been enrolled in the project, and have a Mandated Data Initial Registration or Check-In record completed is displayed.

  2. Click a Participant Client ID to access the Client's Client’s Dashboard.

Deactivated Clients

  1. Click View under Active Clients. A list of Clients that have had a Mandated Data Deactivation record completed is displayed.

  2. Click a Client ID to access the Client’s Dashboard.

30 Day Check-In Required

  1. Click View under 30 Day Check-In Required. A list of Clients with a Mandated Data Check-In date past or approaching is displayed.

  2. Click a Participant Client ID to access the Participant’s Client’s Dashboard.
