  1. Click the Cases tab.

  2. Active Cases will display with a orange border. Closed cases with a green border.

  1. Hover over the icon below to view case details.

  1. Click Delete or Edit for an Active Case, or Edit for a Closed Case.

  2. Click any of the fields and enter/edit the information.

  3. Click Save.
