Within the system, users have the ability to maintain their User Profile, including : Updating updating their name, email address, and phone number, updating password, and setting notification preferences.
The User Profile can be viewed by clicking on your username located on the lower left of the screen:
3 tabs are available for viewing/editing: Account Info, Password, and Notifications:
Account Info
The Account Info tab allows users to change their email address, first or last name, and enter their mobile phone number in order to receive text notifications.
Password
The Password tab allows users to change their password.
Notifications
The Notifications tab allows users to set text and email notification preferences for both Messages and Alerts.
Messages: Routine notifications of standard importance and urgency.
Alerts: Timely notifications of elevated importance and urgency.
