From the Invoice Dashboard, BHSD users can view/take action on invoices across the programs/projects to which they have access. Reports are also made available from this page.
Invoice Tracking
The Invoice Tracking section displays tiles representing various invoice statuses to guide users to the items that need attention and/or action. A reports icon is also made available. Each tile (excluding Invoice History) is shown with a number that will match the amount of invoices currently in that status / available reports.
Program Funding
The Program Funding list displays allocation data for each program the user has access to. Users can switch between fiscal years using a drop-down toggle.
Project Funding
Project Funding is viewed by clicking on a program from the Program Funding list; a similar list is displayed, but with individual projects (associated with the program) and corresponding allocation data.
Fiscal Summary
A graph is displayed on the Invoice Dashboard and provides visual representation of summed totals (Paid, Outstanding, Remaining) across all programs or projects to which the user has access.
The graph will reflect summarized allocation data for all programs, if viewed while the Program Funding list is displayed.
